Founded in 2012 by brothers Maliva Samuel Lyonga and Isuma Lyonga, HIPS (Higher Institute of Professional Studies) emerged as a beacon of hope for affordable, high-quality education in Cameroon. Authorized by the Ministry of Higher Education, the institution initially opened its doors to a modest number of students.
